Account & Data Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your LILIA account and the personal data associated with it.
This applies to the app and web app operated by Lilia Technologies GmbH.
Delete in‑app (recommended)
Open the app → **Profile → Account → Delete account**.
Confirm the prompt. You will receive confirmation in‑app and/or by email.
Delete via the web
If you don’t have the app installed, use our web resource:
**https://www.mylilia.de/delete-account**
You can trigger deletion directly there or submit a request.
Identity verification
To protect your data, we may require verification (e.g., confirmation via your signed‑in email address).
For SSO (Google/Apple/Facebook), re‑authentication may be required.
What gets deleted?
Your account and linked personal data (e.g., profile details, usage data where attributable).
Device tokens for push notifications.
Optional location/diagnostic data, if stored.
What may be retained temporarily? (legal obligations)
Certain records must be retained under commercial/tax laws (up to 10 years), e.g., invoices and payment records.
Backups: residual data is overwritten on schedule and accessible only for security/restore purposes.
Subscriptions & purchases
Subscriptions via **Google Play** or **Apple App Store** must be **cancelled** in the respective store.
Web/PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled in **My account → Cancel subscription** or by emailing **support@mylilia.de**.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Timeline
We process deletion without undue delay and within **30 days** after confirmation.
Where required (e.g., fraud review or statutory retention), specific data may be retained for a limited time.
