Subscription Policy

Introduction & Scope

These Subscription and Refund Terms apply to all paid and free plans of the LILIA app and web services provided by Lilia Technologies GmbH.

They address both consumers and business customers. Consumers additionally benefit from EU/German withdrawal rights (see “Right of Withdrawal”).

Plans, Prices, Terms

We offer recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly, yearly) and may offer one‑time purchases/upgrades.

Prices are shown in EUR including VAT where applicable. Your active plan and next renewal date are shown in your account.

Business customers (B2B): net pricing; invoices available upon request with VAT ID.

Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon completing checkout (app store, web purchase or in‑app).

For purchases via app stores (Google/Apple), the respective store terms apply in addition; the store/payment provider acts as the billing counterparty.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled in time.

Starting to use the service during the trial may affect your withdrawal right (see below).

Auto‑Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the respective term unless cancelled in due time.

Your renewal date and selected term are visible in your account or in the relevant app store.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period.

App‑store purchases must be cancelled in the store: Google Play (Settings → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) / Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

Direct web/PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled via your account (“My account” → “Cancel subscription”) or by email to support@mylilia.de.

For consumer online contracts we provide an easy‑to‑use cancellation button as required by German law.

Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then current term; access remains available until then.

Prorated refunds for the ongoing period are not provided unless stated otherwise below.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lilia Technologies GmbH, Kalmünzergasse 5, 93047 Regensburg, Germany, email: support@mylilia.de) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay reasonable compensation corresponding to the proportion already provided up to the time you informed us of the withdrawal.

Exclusion/Loss of Withdrawal Right

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right is lost once performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your withdrawal right when performance starts.

For app‑store purchases, the store‑specific withdrawal/refund rules apply.

Refunds

App‑store purchases: refunds are handled by the respective store and subject to its policies (Google/Apple).

Direct web/PayPal purchases: refunds are processed according to the above withdrawal rules or our goodwill policy; in case of proven technical issues a prorated refund may be granted.

Refunds for already started billing periods are generally not provided, except in statutory withdrawal cases, mandatory warranty cases, or as explicitly promised.

Payments, Invoices, Taxes

Payment via app store, PayPal or other listed providers.

Consumer prices include VAT where applicable. For businesses, net pricing may apply; invoices with VAT details on request.

Price Changes

We will notify you of price changes with reasonable advance notice (usually 30 days).

You may cancel before the change takes effect; continued use after the notice period means the new price applies from the next period.

Suspension, Default, Misuse

In case of payment default, abusive use or violations of the terms, we may suspend or terminate access as permitted by law.
